Residential HVAC Installer

We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential HVAC systems and boilers, deliver superior customer service, and demonstrate a strong desire to grow with the company. Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers
• Perform HVAC installations for new construction and retrofit projects
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Accurately complete job documentation and reports
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Troubleshoot installation issues as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience installing residential HVAC systems
• Working knowledge of boiler systems
• New construction installation experience preferred
• Service and troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, basements, and rooftops
• Ability to stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods
