The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing large-scale, premium interior projects from inception to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met at the highest standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage luxury fit-out projects from design development through execution and final handover.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and progress reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage teams effectively, fostering collaboration and accountability.</li></ul><ul><li>Report project status and risks to senior management and stakeholders.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in fit-out and luxury finishes projects (GCC experience preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Proven track record in managing high-end interior projects (hospitality, retail, residential, or commercial luxury developments).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of project management tools, contracts, and site execution.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (or willing to relocate).</li></ul>How to ApplyThis pre-assessment form is required for us to take your application into consideration.Fill up the google form on the link here : https://forms.gle/J5SLuSeH8zGXno9m6Job Type: Full-time
