Our Company is looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer for fitout finishes works. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing and executing interior fit-out projects from start to finish.

Please Note:
This role is best suited for candidates who have direct, recent experience in fit-out and architectural finishing works. Applicants with experience outside of this scope may not be prioritized in our initial review process.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for fit-out and architectural works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and quality checks.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants and clients when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, ideally in architectural finishes or decorative surface materials
• Technical knowledgeable
• Hands-on experience with resin-based microcements, lime plasters, or natural finish systems or equivalent is a strong plus
• Ability to read technical drawings and conduct site-level QA/QC
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
