Responsibilities * Proactively engage with potential residential and commercial clients through outbound calls to introduce our tree care services. * Clearly and professionally articulate the value of our services, including tree trimming, pruning, and preservation. * Assess the needs of potential clients to effectively schedule detailed consultations with our skilled tree care specialists. * Manage and organise the appointment calendar efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination. * Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all client interactions and scheduled appointments within our CRM system. * Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments. * Follow up with potential leads and confirm appointments to ensure a high rate of attendance. Qualifications * Proven experience in a similar role such as appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales is essential. * Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner. * Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a positive attitude. * Proficient in the use of CRM software and standard office computer programmes. * Excellent listening skills to understand client requirements and answer queries accurately. * An interest in arboriculture or landscaping services would be advantageous but is not required. Appointment Setter

We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
