Supervisory Duties: No 
The Accounting Assistant reports to the AP Supervisor and provides comprehensive support to the Accounts Payable Department across a variety of functions. 

Responsibilities / Essential Functions<ul><li>
Review and process overhead invoices</li><li>
Enter invoices in TS for approval</li><li>
Complete final review in TS following manager approval</li><li>
Manage vendor correspondence and inquiries</li><li>
Review and reconcile vendor statements</li><li>
Prepare AP check requests</li><li>
Process credit card receipts and payments</li><li>
Assist with AP check runs</li><li>
Support vendor setup and collection of W-9s</li><li>
Process credit applications</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager</li></ul>

Required Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or related field.</li><li>
