If you&rsquo;re passionate about human capital management and eager to make a meaningful impact, this is the perfect role for you to grow your career while energizing our company culture.Duties<ul><li>Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training programs. </li><li>Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave policies like FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act). </li><li>Maintain accurate HR data entry across systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, and ADP; ensure data collection is precise for reporting and compliance purposes. </li><li>Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with conflict management, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities. </li><li>Assist in compliance with employment &amp; labor law regulations and OSHA standards; prepare documentation for audits and legal inquiries. </li><li>Contribute to change management projects by supporting organizational design efforts, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning. </li><li>Manage HR sourcing activities through social media management, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates, and administrative support to streamline HR operations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management or coordination roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. </li><li>Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or comparable systems like UltiPro or PeopleSoft. </li><li>Knowledge of employment &amp; labor law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. </li><li>Demonstrated ability in project management with skills in organizational design, training &amp; development programs, and performance management processes. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally; experience in conflict management is preferred. </li><li>Prior experience with benefits administration tools like Paychex or Paylocity is advantageous. </li><li>Administrative experience involving data entry, contracts management, and social media engagement for recruiting purposes.
