Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and providing comprehensive analysis to support our construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of gas and oil field construction management and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.Duties<ul><li>Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.</li><li>Coordinate with team to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.</li><li>Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.</li><li>Assess risks associated with projects and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.</li><li>Monitor ongoing projects to adjust estimates as necessary based on changes in scope or unforeseen circumstances.</li><li>Responsible for building and maintaining internal and external relationships to ensure collaboration, cooperation, and communication</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Must have experience estimating Maintenace and construction projects, field visit for developing scope with customer, familiar with welding, fabrication, screw pipe, excavation, and pipeline. Strong understanding of gas/oil field maintenance construction site operations and management principles.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and blueprints effectively.</li><li>Excellent project scheduling skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li><li>Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.</li><li>Experience in project coordination within the construction industry is highly desirable.</li></ul>Business acumen, solid leadership and organizational skills will serve this individual well in project settings and be a catalyst for growth opportunities.
