Project Manager/Estimator

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and providing comprehensive analysis to support our construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of gas and oil field construction management and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Duties

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Coordinate with team to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Assess risks associated with projects and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Monitor ongoing projects to adjust estimates as necessary based on changes in scope or unforeseen circumstances.
• Responsible for building and maintaining internal and external relationships to ensure collaboration, cooperation, and communication

Skills

• Must have experience estimating Maintenace and construction projects, field visit for developing scope with customer, familiar with welding, fabrication, screw pipe, excavation, and pipeline. Strong understanding of gas/oil field maintenance construction site operations and management principles.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and blueprints effectively.
• Excellent project scheduling skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Experience in project coordination within the construction industry is highly desirable.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
