Job Responsibilities:&middot; Client facing &ndash; answering queries, advising applicants, managing disputes&middot; Customer Service &ndash;attending phone calls/emails&middot; Collection of visa applications &amp; document scrutiny for visa processing, attestation &amp; legalization services&middot; Biometrics capture (Photo &amp; Fingerprints)&middot; Cash collection &amp; POS entry&middot; Data Entry with 100% Accuracy - complete the application life cycle in system&middot; Provide applicants with information on all Value-added services&middot; Admin duties: photocopying/scanning/filing/inventory&middot; Complete the delivery of passport to applicant via courier or pick-up&middot; Other duties as assignedRequired Experience &amp; Qualifications:&middot; Excellent communication skills in English &amp; Spanish&middot; Minimum Education: Associates Degree or Bachelors&middot; Computer savvy with working experience of Microsoft Office&middot; Hands on experience in updating/creating reports&middot; High level of attention to detail under stringent timelines&middot; Flexible with work hours (Day shift only)&middot; Must be willing to produce background verification check upon hireJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to produce a background verification check upon hire?</li><li>Are you Filipino National or have dual Nationality?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
