Customers may need help with basic phone functions, but this role also includes more detailed troubleshooting that requires you to navigate multiple screens and systems at the same time while walking a customer through step-by-step instructions. Some of the areas you could assist with include changing a SIM card, downloading apps, adding contacts, or helping customers work through more complex device or service issues.</li><li><b>
Highly Organized and Motivated</b> &ndash; This role requires you to be at your best throughout your entire shift. Since you are working from home, you will have to be self-motivated and committed to being available and present for our customers during your shift except for your assigned breaks and lunch.
