About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician at Contech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment.</li>
<li>Perfom emergency repairs</li>
<li>Accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) process.</li>
<li>Educates, directs, trains, and supports employees in reference to TPM and equipment repair compliance and is responsible for maintenance budget.</li>
<li>Identifying cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components.</li>
<li>Adjusts repairs or replaces parts, assemblies, and machine equipment.</li>
<li>Reads and interprets blueprints for repair and installation of equipment.</li>
<li>Preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Will work closely with the production team</li>
<li>Modify or fabricate parts and mounting hardware as needed to restore functionality</li>
<li>Possible 5% travel to surrounding plants</li>
<li>Maintain detailed maintenance logs, including part replacements, torque specifications, lubrication, and system tests.</li>
</ul>
About You:

We Require:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Demonstrates understanding of mechanical/electrical problems and fixes.</li>
<li>Good organizational skills.</li>
<li>Experience with manufacturing equipment.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to read and understand blueprints.</li>
<li>Good root cause problem solving skills.</li>
<li>Hands on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and light electrical systems within a heavy industrial environment.</li>
