We are looking for a WELDER/FABRCATOR to join our Sikeston, MO plant. As a Welder with Contech you will contribute to America&rsquo;s essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management.

About the Role

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures to ensure accurate welding.</li>
<li>Uses template, pattern, scribe, etc. to mark and lay out material.</li>
<li>Aligns and assembles product for welding using crane, lever hoist ,chains, etc.</li>
<li>Uses cutting or plasma torch to burn to precision layout.
</li><li>Adheres to safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
</li></ul>About You

We Require:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>
<li>Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, and Stick welding.</li>
<li>Technical training or welding experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work with precision instruments.</li>
<li>Good attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
