Job Summary
The Lab Assistant supports the Quality Control team by testing raw materials, concrete, and finished interlock blocks to ensure they meet company quality standards. The role is responsible for preparing samples, recording test results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and keeping the laboratory clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare material and product samples for testing.
• Perform routine quality tests on raw materials, fresh concrete, and finished interlock blocks.
• Record and maintain accurate test results and reports.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and testing tools.
• Report any quality issues or non-conforming products to the QC Manager.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and inventory.
• Follow company quality procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Support quality inspections and other duties assigned by the QC Manager.​

Qualifications​

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Materials Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of laboratory or quality control experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates may also be considered.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of concrete and construction materials testing.
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a factory environment.

Salary 2,000 - 3,000 AED plus Accommodation and Transportation provided by the company

• Laboratory Technician / QC Laboratory Assistant: 2 years (Required)
