Senior Electrical Engineer &ndash; Job Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of electrical engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors on project sites.</li><li>Manage project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure completion within approved schedules and budgets.</li><li>Review, interpret, and approve electrical designs, technical drawings, load calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall construction activities.</li><li>Oversee design modifications, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (local and international).</li><li>Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and professional development for junior engineers, technicians, and apprentices.</li><li>Monitor quality control procedures and conduct inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to client specifications.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and problem resolution for electrical systems and equipment.</li><li>Manage procurement processes, including reviewing material specifications, vendor evaluations, and maintaining inventory control of electrical supplies and equipment.</li><li>Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports, documentation, cost tracking, and billing records.</li><li>Participate in risk assessments, value engineering initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master&rsquo;s Degree preferred).</li><li>Valid ADQCC Certificate is required.</li><li>Equivalency certification is required (if applicable).</li><li>Proven experience in senior-level electrical engineering roles within construction or industrial projects.</li><li>Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.</li></ul>Salary: To be discussed during the face-to-face interview.Job Type: Full-time
