 We are looking for a Logistics &amp; Warehouse Executive to work in our CCC factory.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What will be your key deliverables?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Leading and managing all warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, shipment planning, transportation, returns, and inventory control,
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and managing the annual department budget, ensuring all operations align with financial targets,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring full compliance of all warehouse and shipping activities with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations, with a strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety (OH&amp;S),
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing and overseeing regular stock counts, inventory audits, and cycle counting processes to ensure accuracy,
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying, developing, and presenting process improvement initiatives to senior management to drive cost savings and operational efficiency,
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, including the proper maintenance of all equipment and assets,
 </li>
 <li>
 Verifying, processing, and tracking invoices related to transportation and other logistics services,
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading, mentoring, and developing the warehouse team, overseeing performance management and fostering professional growth,
 </li>
 <li>
 Verifying, processing, and tracking invoices related to transportation and other third-party logistics services.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What do you need for this role?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or related programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in warehouse management, shipping, transportation, and inventory management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required,
 </li>
 <li>
 High proficiency in MS Office programs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of logistics and customs regulations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with SAP is a significant plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent planning, organizational, and reporting abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive mindset with a high sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding work environment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative team player with a high sense of ownership,
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing/able to reside in &Ccedil;orlu, &Ccedil;erkezk&ouml;y, L&uuml;leburgaz, Tekirda&gbreve;/Merkez or Kapakl&inodot;.
 </li>
