Logistics & Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Executive to work in our CCC factory.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Leading and managing all warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, shipment planning, transportation, returns, and inventory control,
• Developing and managing the annual department budget, ensuring all operations align with financial targets,
• Ensuring full compliance of all warehouse and shipping activities with company policies, quality standards, and legal regulations, with a strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S),
• Organizing and overseeing regular stock counts, inventory audits, and cycle counting processes to ensure accuracy,
• Identifying, developing, and presenting process improvement initiatives to senior management to drive cost savings and operational efficiency,
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, including the proper maintenance of all equipment and assets,
• Verifying, processing, and tracking invoices related to transportation and other logistics services,
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the warehouse team, overseeing performance management and fostering professional growth,
• Verifying, processing, and tracking invoices related to transportation and other third-party logistics services.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related programs,
• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in warehouse management, shipping, transportation, and inventory management,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required,
• High proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Strong knowledge of logistics and customs regulations,
• Experience with SAP is a significant plus,
• Excellent planning, organizational, and reporting abilities,
• A proactive mindset with a high sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding work environment,
• Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative team player with a high sense of ownership,
• Residing/able to reside in Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Lüleburgaz, Tekirdağ/Merkez or Kapaklı.
