MISSIONS :

Warehouse Setup & Optimization:
Review the warehouse design and layout (zones for consumables, fast movers, hazardous goods, overall dimensions, access gates, lifting equipment, storage and shelving systems, etc.).
Define storage requirements for each item category (climate control, shelving, hazardous material handling, etc.).
Implement FIFO/LIFO systems, labelling, and barcode tracking as needed.
Ensure accurate spare part codification and classification in the CMMS/ERP and on stored items.

Stock Control & Inventory Accuracy:
Define, implement, and manage inventory control processes (reorder levels, minimum stock alerts, cycle counts).
Use appropriate tools and methods to perform regular stock reconciliations, support annual inventory audits, and ensure 100% data accuracy between physical stock and digital records (CMMS/ERP).
Develop and utilize interface tools to provide real-time part availability data to maintenance planners.
Ensure systematic calibration period and expiry date are not overdue.

Tool Management:
Maintain and oversee a centralized tool crib or tool control system for the maintenance teams.
Track and manage calibration schedules for precision and safety-critical tools.

Logistics & Receiving:
Develop and implement procedures for incoming goods inspection and conformity checks against POs and specifications.
Coordinate with Procurement and QA/QC for handling non-conformities, damage reports, or vendor returns.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all warehouse operations comply with HSE standards and regulations, especially for hazardous materials.
Maintain proper documentation and traceability for safety stock, critical spares, and regulated materials.

Workshop Setup and Optimisation:
Review the workshop design (layout, equipment, safety zones, utilities).
Define workshop requirements (working space, layout, tools, equipment, personnels, lifting means, storage means, waste management).
Recommend workshop tools and equipment.
Ensure workshop activities comply with company and HSE standards (e.g., permits to work, hot work procedures).
Develop and implement procedures for the workshop operation.

CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :

Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract depending on profile
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
Complete the design, layout optimization, and equipment procurement for all warehouse and workshop facilities.
Ensure 100% accuracy between physical inventory and digital records through full spare part codification in SAP.
Establish robust logistics, tool calibration, and preservation procedures to support the 2027-2033 operational phase.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, or Maintenance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/workshop operations within petrochemical or refinery environments.
At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/workshop design, setup, or project-based roles.
Strong knowledge of storage/logistics tools and fabrication tools.
Proficiency in CMIMS systems for parts management and data analysis.
Proven experience in managing and tracking inventory to ensure availability.
English B2 level mandatory
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary environment.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and high adaptability in multicultural environments
Ability to produce high-quality technical deliverables and reports.
