<div><div><div>We&rsquo;re seeking a hands-on and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to keep our residential property in Clinton Twp, MI, clean, safe, and in top condition. You'll handle routine repairs, apartment turns, emergency maintenance, and ensure a high standard of living for our residents with the assistance of our management and support teams.</div></div><div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers</div></li><li><div>
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on-call support</div></li><li><div>
Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances and structural</div></li><li><div>
Maintain curb appeal by keeping lawns, sidewalks, community areas, and parking lots clear of trash and debris.</div></li><li><div>
Order maintenance supplies and maintain proper inventory</div></li><li><div>
Use and maintain tools and equipment properly and safely</div></li><li><div>
Follow safety protocols and attend required training</div></li><li><div>
Snow Removal
</div></li><li><div>On call maintenance</div></li><li><div>
LIHTC, Section 8, and special maintenance skills</div></li></ul><div><div><b>

2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred</div><ul><li><div>
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC (heat pumps and forced air), painting and cleaning</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Comfortable lifting up to 50-100 lbs. and working in various conditions (heights, tight spaces, weather)</div></li><li><div>
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); RealPage experience a plus</div></li><li><div>
Trade school or industry certifications a plus</div></li></ul></div>
