Job Title: Bookkeeper / Office Manager Location: Frederick, CO Job Type: Full-TimeAbout Us: We are a small, growing construction company focused on delivering high-quality commercial projects. We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to help manage our financials and keep the office running smoothly.Position Overview: The Bookkeeper / Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day administrative operations, and helping ensure projects run efficiently from a back-office standpoint.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping &amp; Financial Management:<ul><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and payroll</li><li>Reconcile bank and credit card statements</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and job cost tracking</li><li>Assist with budgeting and financial reporting</li><li>Coordinate with CPA for tax preparation and year-end reporting</li></ul>Office Management &amp; Administrative Support:<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations</li><li>Manage contracts, permits, and project documentation</li><li>Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication</li><li>Maintain vendor and subcontractor records (W-9s, insurance, etc.)</li><li>Assist with scheduling and coordination of projects</li><li>Order office supplies and manage office organization</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of bookkeeping experience (construction industry preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Experience with job costing or construction accounting</li><li>Familiarity with lien waivers, contracts, and permits</li><li>Payroll processing experience</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Health, vision and dental insurance</li><li>Simple IRA with match</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience to chad@cps-partitions.comPay: $25.73 - $30.99 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
