We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to help manage our financials and keep the office running smoothly.

Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper / Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day administrative operations, and helping ensure projects run efficiently from a back-office standpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Financial Management:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, and payroll
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and job cost tracking
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with CPA for tax preparation and year-end reporting

Office Management & Administrative Support:

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Manage contracts, permits, and project documentation
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client communication
  • Maintain vendor and subcontractor records (W-9s, insurance, etc.)
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of projects
  • Order office supplies and manage office organization

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (construction industry preferred)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with job costing or construction accounting
  • Familiarity with lien waivers, contracts, and permits
  • Payroll processing experience
