We are expanding and seeking a candidate who wants to create and share in the economic and enterprise value they create.We operate in a data-intensive environment in an industry that is fluid and fast-moving, where innovation initiative, and technical expertise are highly valued.Role OverviewThe Risk Analyst I (Non-Investment Risk) is a specialized role designed for professionals with experience in the asset management industry who understand how business, operational, and regulatory risks impact investment advisers, allocators, and service providers.You will support Convergence&rsquo;s growing suite of risk products and analytics by analyzing regulatory events, monitoring adviser risk conditions, studying business practices, and contributing to predictive analytics designed to detect risk before it materializes.This is an ideal role for someone who thinks independently, can take a project from concept to execution, and is motivated by building first-of-its-kind risk intelligence capabilities for the industry.The Risk Research Analyst I plays a pivotal role in building, refining, and expanding the data products and insights that power Convergence&rsquo;s risk and compliance solutions. You&rsquo;ll engage directly with data pipelines, industry research, product development, and cross-functional projects that support client delivery, sales, technology, and M&amp;A initiatives.This is not a narrow or repetitive role.
