Job Title: HR &amp; Admin ExecutiveDepartment: HR &amp; Administration Location: Factory Unit-2 Sanaswadi Pune, 412208 Reports To: HR Manager / Factory HeadExperience : 7 to 8 yearsContact No : 9673849970Remuneration :- INR 3,60,000/- p.a INR 4,20,000/- p.aJob Summary:HR &amp; Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations and factory administration activities including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and overall facility management of the factory premises.Key Responsibilities:A. HR Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Selection of blue collar and white collar employees.</li><li>Joining formalities &amp; documentation.</li><li>Maintain employee records and personal files.</li><li>Attendance &amp; Leave Management (Biometric handling).</li><li>Payroll coordination with accounts department.</li><li>Handling PF, ESI, PT, LWF and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Preparation of Salary Sheets &amp; Wage Registers.</li><li>Maintaining muster roll as per Factory Act.</li><li>Handling employee grievances.</li><li>Exit formalities &amp; Full &amp; Final Settlement.</li><li>Preparing HR reports (attrition, absenteeism, manpower status).</li><li>Coordination with labour contractor (if applicable).</li><li>Maintaining compliance under:</li><li>Factory Act</li><li>Minimum Wages Act</li><li>Payment of Wages Act</li><li>ESIC &amp; PF Act</li></ul>B. Admin Responsibilities<ul><li>Factory housekeeping supervision.</li><li>Security staff supervision.</li><li>Maintaining vendor records &amp; AMC tracking.</li><li>Handling factory stationery &amp; inventory.</li><li>Transport coordination (if applicable).</li><li>ID Card issuance.</li><li>Maintaining office discipline.</li><li>Visitor management.</li><li>Coordination for Annual Audit &amp; Compliance.</li><li>Handling government inspections &amp; documentation support.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Knowledge of Labour Laws &amp; Factory Compliance</li><li>Good Communication Skills</li><li>MS Excel &amp; HR Software knowledge</li><li>Strong documentation &amp; record keeping skills</li><li>Ability to handle blue collar workforce</li><li>Problem-solving &amp; coordination skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person

HR & Admin Executive

<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all machinery and equipment.</li><li>Monitor and ensure proper functioning of plant utilities such as compressors, generators, HVAC, and electrical panels.</li><li>Maintain and update maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.</li><li>Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize machine downtime and resolve breakdown issues quickly.</li><li>Implement safety practices and ensure compliance with all plant safety norms and statutory requirements.</li><li>Supervise maintenance technicians, assign tasks, and ensure proper work allocation and performance.</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of critical spares.</li><li>Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or process modifications.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis for recurring breakdowns and suggest preventive actions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to ISO/TPM/5S standards in the maintenance department.</li><li>Prepare maintenance reports and present KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and downtime analysis.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
