Senior Executive &ndash; Packing &amp; Dispatch<ul><li>Location: Hinjewadi, Pune</li><li>Industry: Condom Manufacturing</li><li>Department: Packing &amp; Dispatch</li><li>Job Type: Full-Time | 12-Hour Duty (Day &amp; Night Rotational Shifts) | 1 Weekly Off</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>&#8377;30,000 &ndash; &#8377;40,000 per month</li></ul>Job Description<ul><li>We are hiring a Senior Executive &ndash; Packing &amp; Dispatch to manage product packaging and dispatch operations at our manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring proper packing, labeling, storage, and timely dispatch of consignments while maintaining pharma-grade quality standards.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise packing operations (condoms, cartons, labeling, batch coding, sealing).</li><li>Ensure compliance with QA/QC, hygiene, and pharma standards.</li><li>Plan and execute domestic &amp; export dispatches.</li><li>Prepare dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR, Packing List, Export docs).</li><li>Coordinate with production, warehouse, QA/QC, transporters for smooth operations.</li><li>Monitor loading/unloading and shipment tracking.</li><li>Maintain ERP/Excel records and prepare daily/weekly reports.</li><li>Manage packing &amp; dispatch team across rotational shifts.</li><li>Graduate in Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in packing &amp; dispatch (pharma/FMCG/manufacturing).</li><li>Knowledge of GST, ERP systems, and export documentation.</li><li>Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to work in 12-hour day/night rotational shifts.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary (&#8377;30,000 &ndash; &#8377;40,000/month).</li><li>OT Allowance</li><li>Exposure to logistics &amp; pharma compliance.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in supply chain &amp; dispatch operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Packing &amp; Dispatch: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
