If you&rsquo;re passionate about trees, landscaping, and growing your skills, this role is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely ascend trees using climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks with precision and care</li><li>Operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts to access hard-to-reach areas for tree maintenance and landscape work</li><li>Rig trees or branches as needed for safe removal or pruning, ensuring proper techniques are followed</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of trees and landscapes to identify health issues or hazards</li><li>Assist with general landscape maintenance including lawn care, planting, and shrub trimming</li><li>Follow safety protocols consistently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in tree care, tree trimming, or landscaping</li><li>Strong ability in rigging techniques for safe tree removal or branch control</li><li>Skilled in operating bucket trucks and aerial lifts safely and efficiently</li><li>Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general gardening practices</li><li>Ability to assess tree health and growth patterns to recommend appropriate care strategies</li><li>Excellent physical fitness with the ability to climb trees, work at heights, and perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions</li></ul>This role is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in arboriculture and landscape maintenance.
