Responsibilities

• Safely ascend trees using climbing gear to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks with precision and care
• Operate bucket trucks and aerial lifts to access hard-to-reach areas for tree maintenance and landscape work
• Rig trees or branches as needed for safe removal or pruning, ensuring proper techniques are followed
• Conduct routine inspections of trees and landscapes to identify health issues or hazards
• Assist with general landscape maintenance including lawn care, planting, and shrub trimming
• Follow safety protocols consistently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment

Skills

• Proven experience in tree care, tree trimming, or landscaping
• Strong ability in rigging techniques for safe tree removal or branch control
• Skilled in operating bucket trucks and aerial lifts safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general gardening practices
• Ability to assess tree health and growth patterns to recommend appropriate care strategies
• Excellent physical fitness with the ability to climb trees, work at heights, and perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
