Are you known for your ability to execute with a high degree of expediency and accuracy?Cooper Fire Protection Services is looking for a Service and Inspection Administrative Assistant to join our team.Primary Purpose:Assembly, data input, transmittal, logging and follow up of inspection reports and service requests.Responsible for operating computers, office machines and office equipment as required forbusiness administration. This work requires the physical ability to perform tasks.Essential Job Functions:Include, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>Ability to comprehend and solve problems, identify inconsistencies with information, process and create a plan.</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate person.</li><li>Review reports carefully to ensure they are complete and accurate prior to distribution.</li><li>Ensure reports are sent to all relevant agencies correctly and on time.</li><li>Relay messages to the appropriate team members promptly.</li><li>Accept and implement corrections as needed.</li><li>Driven by deadlines and exceeding expectations.</li><li>Knowledge of the use and care of all applicable equipment.</li><li>Possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license in good standing.</li><li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.</li><li>Ability to read and write and communicate in English.</li><li>Attendance, promptness and willingness to work overtime as requested by management.
