Job Title: Summer Camp Counselor Location: Coral Bay Club Position Type: Seasonal (Summer)About Us: Coral Bay Club is a private, family-oriented club dedicated to providing exceptional recreational and social experiences for our members. Our summer youth camp is a vibrant, engaging program designed to create lasting memories for children through fun activities, skill-building, and teamwork.Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and energetic individuals to join our team as Summer Camp Counselors. Counselors will play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for campers while leading activities and serving as positive role models.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and engage groups of children (ages vary by group) throughout daily camp activities</li><li>Plan and lead games, sports, crafts, and other recreational activities</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times</li><li>Assist with setup, cleanup, and organization of camp events and materials</li><li>Promote teamwork, inclusion, and positive behavior among campers</li><li>Communicate effectively with fellow staff, supervisors, and parents when needed</li><li>Follow all club policies and safety procedures</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be at least 16 years old (or as required by local labor laws)</li><li>Previous experience working with children preferred (camp, babysitting, coaching, etc.)</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li><li>Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in summer conditions</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Must pass background checks</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Seasonal position running from late spring through summer</li><li>Weekdays, weekends, daytime and evenings depending on event</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunities for leadership development and future employment</li></ul>Why Work With Us?<ul><li>Fun, active work environment</li><li>Opportunity to make a positive impact on children&rsquo;s lives</li><li>Build leadership, teamwork, and communication skills</li><li>Great summer community and networking experience</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your application along with a brief statement of interest outlining why you would be a great fit for our summer camp team to Marcia Rollings at youthactivities@coralbayclub.com.Join us for a summer full of fun, growth, and unforgettable experiences at Coral Bay Club!Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
