<div>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee all commercial activities within the designated region. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, managing sub-dealers, strengthening customer relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives aligned with company objectives. 
Directly Managed Centres: 

<ul>
<li>Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts.</li>
<li>Identify and propose development actions for potential centres.</li></ul> 


Own Centers &amp; Support for Other Centers: 

<ul>
<li>Ensure presence during key procedures or customer interactions.</li>
<li>Participate in conferences, congresses, and support field marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Organise product presentations and training sessions for physicians and department staff.</li>
<li>Share market intelligence, including competitor activities and product trends, to support strategic planning.</li>
<li>Collaborate in the preparation of tender documentation and contract proposals.</li></ul> 


Sales Excellence &amp; Compliance: 

<ul>
<li>Utilise Account Planning and Commercial Excellence tools (e.g., CCP.com) to manage accounts effectively.</li>
<li>Uphold the highest standards of ethical behaviour and compliance.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of integrity and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements</li></ul> 


Required Knowledge &amp; Skills: 
<ul>
<li>
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Customer-oriented with strong listening and negotiation capabilities.</li>
<li>Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on results.</li></ul> 


Technical Proficiency: 
<ul>
<li>
Good command of English (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul> 


Experience
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of sales experience in multinational companies in the medical device or healthcare industry.</li>
<li>Experience in managing sub-dealers and working within hospital procurement and tendering processes.</li></ul></div>
