We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee all commercial activities within the designated region. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, managing sub-dealers, strengthening customer relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Directly Managed Centres:
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Identify and propose development actions for potential centres.
Own Centers & Support for Other Centers:
- Ensure presence during key procedures or customer interactions.
- Participate in conferences, congresses, and support field marketing initiatives.
- Organise product presentations and training sessions for physicians and department staff.
- Share market intelligence, including competitor activities and product trends, to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate in the preparation of tender documentation and contract proposals.
Sales Excellence & Compliance:
- Utilise Account Planning and Commercial Excellence tools (e.g., CCP.com) to manage accounts effectively.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical behaviour and compliance.
- Promote a culture of integrity and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in multinational companies in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Experience in managing sub-dealers and working within hospital procurement and tendering processes.
