Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance; experience in international operations is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
  • Knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with foreign local accounting standards is a plus.
  • Experience working with external auditors is an advantage.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with accounting/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • No restrictions on travel,
  • Residing in or able to relocate to Ankara.


Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee all accounting processes of foreign entities through international consultants.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax filings, and statutory compliance for overseas companies.
  • Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for headquarters.
  • Support consolidation processes and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Track invoices, payments, collections, and daily financial operations of foreign entities.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between local teams and foreign advisors.
  • Assist in audit processes by preparing required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and applicable regulations.
