Your work will directly impact marketing campaigns, online listings, and social media presence, making every project an opportunity to inspire and motivate prospective clients.Duties<ul><li>Capture high-quality photographs of properties, emphasizing architectural details, interior design, and curb appeal using professional camera equipment.</li><li>Produce engaging video tours, walkthroughs, and promotional clips that highlight property features and create immersive experiences for viewers.</li><li>Edit photos with industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to enhance color accuracy, brightness, contrast, and overall visual appeal.</li><li>Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to craft polished content with smooth transitions, color grading, and sound integration.</li><li>Manage color calibration and color management techniques to ensure consistent visual presentation across all media platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with real estate agents, marketing teams, and clients to understand project goals and deliver tailored visual content that aligns with branding strategies.</li><li>Maintain organized workflows for post-production processes including photo manipulation, retouching, and video editing to meet deadlines efficiently.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Capture One for photo editing and color correction.</li><li>Strong videography skills with experience filming property tours, promotional videos, or social media content.</li><li>Knowledge of photo manipulation techniques to enhance images while maintaining authenticity.</li><li>Understanding of color theory and color management principles to produce visually appealing content.</li><li>Experience in art direction to create cohesive visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail in post-production editing to ensure high-quality output that meets industry standards.</li><li>Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
