Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

Job Overview

Duties

• Capture high-quality photographs of properties, emphasizing architectural details, interior design, and curb appeal using professional camera equipment.
• Produce engaging video tours, walkthroughs, and promotional clips that highlight property features and create immersive experiences for viewers.
• Edit photos with industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to enhance color accuracy, brightness, contrast, and overall visual appeal.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to craft polished content with smooth transitions, color grading, and sound integration.
• Manage color calibration and color management techniques to ensure consistent visual presentation across all media platforms.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, marketing teams, and clients to understand project goals and deliver tailored visual content that aligns with branding strategies.
• Maintain organized workflows for post-production processes including photo manipulation, retouching, and video editing to meet deadlines efficiently.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Capture One for photo editing and color correction.
• Strong videography skills with experience filming property tours, promotional videos, or social media content.
• Knowledge of photo manipulation techniques to enhance images while maintaining authenticity.
• Understanding of color theory and color management principles to produce visually appealing content.
• Experience in art direction to create cohesive visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
• Excellent attention to detail in post-production editing to ensure high-quality output that meets industry standards.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
