We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow our patient base, strengthen community outreach, and expand our digital presence.Position Overview:The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the practice&rsquo;s services, enhance brand awareness, and increase patient volume. This role requires a mix of healthcare marketing knowledge, digital marketing skills, and community outreach experience.Key Responsibilities:Focus on Door to Door or grass roots marketing - visiting different medical practices and introducing our practice and brand,Marketing &amp; Brand StrategyDevelop and implement marketing plans to drive patient acquisition and retention.Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels (digital, print, in-office).Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and local opportunities.Digital MarketingManage and grow the practice&rsquo;s online presenceCoordinate and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads).Create and schedule engaging social media content and email newsletters.Community Outreach &amp; NetworkingBuild and maintain relationships with referring physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, andlocal health providers.Attend local health fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities to promoteservices.Coordinate and promote educational seminars or webinars hosted by the practice.Patient EngagementDevelop patient education materials and manage online reputation (responding to reviews and feedback).Track and report on marketing KPIs such as new patient leads, referral sources, and campaign ROI.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lyndhurst, NJ 07071
