Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our disposable packaging products manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoicing, monitoring receivables/payables, coordinating with production and procurement teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.</li><li>Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers.</li><li>Monitor inventory-related accounting entries and coordinate with stores/production departments.</li><li>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.</li><li>Prepare VAT filings and support tax compliance requirements.</li><li>Process payroll entries and employee reimbursements when required.</li><li>Generate MIS reports, expense analysis, and financial summaries for management.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for invoice verification and payment processing.</li><li>Track manufacturing costs, raw material expenses, and production-related financial data.</li><li>Assist management in budgeting and cost control activities.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry.</li><li>Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.</li><li>Familiarity with VAT/Corporate TAX regulations and compliance procedures.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.</li><li>Good communication and coordination abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing cost accounting.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Understanding of inventory and stock accounting processes.</li><li>ERP system experience is an advantage.</li></ul>Work LocationUm Al QuwainPay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Coremetal Industry LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor with proven UAE experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment and ensuring proper site execution as per project requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform land and construction surveys using modern instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.</li><li>Carry out topographic surveys using RTK and external radio GPS methods.</li><li>Set out works as per approved drawings and project specifications.</li><li>Establish benchmarks and control points for construction activities.</li><li>Take coordinates and prepare data for setting out using AutoCAD.</li><li>Download and process survey data, converting it into AutoCAD drawings.</li><li>Verify site dimensions, elevations, and alignments.</li><li>Conduct as-built surveys and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the Survey Manager.</li><li>Review project scope before execution and ensure alignment with site conditions.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors on-site.</li><li>Identify and report discrepancies between design and actual site conditions.</li><li>Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of all survey instruments.</li><li>Comply with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, etc.).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant UAE experience as a Land Surveyor.</li><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS (RTK &amp; Radio), and leveling instruments.</li><li>Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
