Land Surveyor

Coremetal Industry LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor with proven UAE experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment and ensuring proper site execution as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform land and construction surveys using modern instruments such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
• Carry out topographic surveys using RTK and external radio GPS methods.
• Set out works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Establish benchmarks and control points for construction activities.
• Take coordinates and prepare data for setting out using AutoCAD.
• Download and process survey data, converting it into AutoCAD drawings.
• Verify site dimensions, elevations, and alignments.
• Conduct as-built surveys and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the Survey Manager.
• Review project scope before execution and ensure alignment with site conditions.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors on-site.
• Identify and report discrepancies between design and actual site conditions.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of all survey instruments.
• Comply with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, etc.).

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS (RTK & Radio), and leveling instruments.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
