Conin International Consultants is looking for a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team for projects located in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out land and construction surveys at project sites.
• Perform setting out, leveling, and site measurements as per approved drawings.
• Verify project coordinates, boundaries, and dimensions.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure accuracy of survey works.
• Ensure all survey equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in monitoring construction progress and resolving site survey issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using total station, GPS, auto level, and surveying software.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
