Land Surveyor

PTWL is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to support landscaping and construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing accurate site surveys, providing technical data for project planning and execution, and ensuring compliance with design and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. Surveying & Site Analysis

• Execute topographic, land, and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment.
• Determine accurate site boundaries, elevations, and existing site conditions.
• Carry out boundary, easement, and construction staking surveys with high precision.
• Assess site constraints and provide technical input to support design and construction solutions.

2. Data Management & Documentation

• Produce and interpret survey drawings, maps, and technical reports.
• Verify and validate survey data to ensure accuracy in measurements and calculations.
• Prepare legal descriptions, survey reports, and documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Maintain organized records of all survey data and project documentation.

3. Coordination & Technical Support

• Work closely with landscape architects, engineers, project managers, and construction teams.
• Provide accurate surveying data to support site execution and project planning.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute technical insights and recommendations.
• Support field operations with precise layout and setting-out data.

4. Compliance & Authority Coordination

• Ensure all surveying activities comply with UAE regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals, permits, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain adherence to company quality and operational procedures.

5. Operations & Team Management

• Maintain, calibrate, and manage surveying instruments and equipment.
• Lead and coordinate field survey teams to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of surveying tools and technology.

6. Project Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution with reliable survey data.
• Continuously update knowledge of modern surveying techniques and technologies.
• Contribute to process improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or construction surveying within the UAE (Mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and survey-related software/tools.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
