Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate field surveys, collecting geospatial data, and preparing reports for construction, infrastructure, and mapping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform land and topographic surveys using GNSS/GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments
• Establish control points and benchmarks for construction projects
• Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data to prepare accurate site layouts and maps
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation
• Maintain records of survey results and prepare technical reports and drawings
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the UAE
• Proficiency with GNSS systems, total stations, and data collectors
• Knowledge of survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS tools
• Strong understanding of local surveying regulations and construction procedures
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
