<div>The Marketing Associate plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting brand growth. This position involves assisting with campaign development, content creation, market research, and event coordination. <div></div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>

<ul><li>Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.</li>
<li>Create, edit, and optimize marketing materials, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional assets.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.</li>
<li>Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress).</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing software, providing actionable insights.</li>
<li>Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis.</li>
<li>Assist with social media strategy, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to enhance brand visibility.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and product) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.</li>
<li>Track and report key performance metrics, contributing to data-driven marketing optimizations.</li>
<li>Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.</li>
<li>Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>

<ul><li><b>Education: </b>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li><b>Experience: </b>1-3 years of marketing experience (internships included).</li>
<li><b>Skills &amp; Competencies:</b>
<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media management.</li>
<li>Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Canva (preferred).</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
