Position Summary
The Marketing Associate plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting brand growth. This position involves assisting with campaign development, content creation, market research, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced marketing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
  • Create, edit, and optimize marketing materials, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional assets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
  • Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing software, providing actionable insights.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis.
  • Assist with social media strategy, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and product) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, contributing to data-driven marketing optimizations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience (internships included).
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media management.
    • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Canva (preferred).
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (preferred but not required).
