Position Summary
The Marketing Associate plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives and supporting brand growth. This position involves assisting with campaign development, content creation, market research, and event coordination. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
- Create, edit, and optimize marketing materials, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, and promotional assets.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other marketing software, providing actionable insights.
- Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis.
- Assist with social media strategy, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and product) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Track and report key performance metrics, contributing to data-driven marketing optimizations.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience (internships included).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media management.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Canva (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (preferred but not required).
