Job Description We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as an Fa&ccedil;ade Engineer, with experience as Site Engineer/QAQC Engineer in construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, testing and execution of building fa&ccedil;ade systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct on-site fa&ccedil;ade testing and inspections to assess construction quality and performance.</li><li>Perform and supervise field tests such as water penetration, air infiltration, and structural performance testing.</li><li>Collect, analyse, and interpret on-site data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.</li><li>Prepare clear, comprehensive test reports documenting findings, deviations, and compliance status.</li><li>Ensure all fa&ccedil;ade works comply with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues related to fa&ccedil;ade systems.</li><li>Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to fa&ccedil;ade works.</li><li>Monitor installation activities to ensure adherence to approved procedures and quality standards.</li><li>Apply QA/QC best practices to maintain high-quality standards across all projects.</li><li>Identify defects/non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in site safety audits.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and fa&ccedil;ade technologies.</li></ul>Qualifications:&middot; Education: B.E / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering&middot; Experience: Minimum 3 years in fa&ccedil;ade engineering, NDT, or construction QA/QC roles&middot; Strong knowledge of fa&ccedil;ade systems (curtain walls, cladding, glazing systems, etc.)&middot; Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, BS, EN) and local UAE regulations&middot; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications&middot; Good report writing and documentation skills&middot; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team&middot; Good communication and coordination skillsPreferred / Added Advantages:<ul><li>Valid UAE Driving License</li><li>Experience in fa&ccedil;ade testing (onsite &amp; laboratory)</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software</li><li>Experience working on high-rise or complex fa&ccedil;ade projects in the UAE</li></ul>Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of facade engineering experience do you have?</li><li>Do you have experience in conducting on-site fa&ccedil;ade testing and inspections to assess construction quality and performance?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
