<div>Role Description 
The Graphic Designer is a full-time, in-person position based in Miami, FL. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs, develop graphics for a variety of platforms, and contribute to brand development initiatives. Responsibilities include designing logos, promotional materials, and branding assets, ensuring visual consistency across platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's creative assets 
Duties and responsibilities<ul><li> 
Support Operations team with the design of food and beverage menus for our various properties</li><li>Design, maintain and manage the User Experience and user interface for all restaurant websites</li><li>Create and manage weekly e-mail newsletters</li><li>Organize and design corporate decks and sales presentations</li><li>Design digital ads and social assets to promote our various restaurants</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design or related field</li><li>3-5 years&rsquo; experience in Graphic Design in Hospitality industry
</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Knowledge of Web &amp; Print Design fundamentals</li><li>Knowledge of UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) Design</li><li>Strong creative and artistic abilities</li><li>Fast learner, able to adapt to new programs and processes</li><li>Ability to use Design Thinking to solve problems</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects</li><li>Ability to complete projects and revisions in an accurate and timely manner</li><li>Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li></ul></div>
