Graphic Designer - Corporate Office

Role Description

The Graphic Designer is a full-time, in-person position based in Miami, FL. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs, develop graphics for a variety of platforms, and contribute to brand development initiatives. Responsibilities include designing logos, promotional materials, and branding assets, ensuring visual consistency across platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's creative assets

Duties and responsibilities

• 
  Support Operations team with the design of food and beverage menus for our various properties
• Design, maintain and manage the User Experience and user interface for all restaurant websites
• Create and manage weekly e-mail newsletters
• Organize and design corporate decks and sales presentations
• Design digital ads and social assets to promote our various restaurants

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in Graphic Design in Hospitality industry
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of Web & Print Design fundamentals
• Knowledge of UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) Design
• Strong creative and artistic abilities
• Fast learner, able to adapt to new programs and processes
• Ability to use Design Thinking to solve problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to complete projects and revisions in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
