Job Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistLocation: Greater Noida West |Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1&ndash;5 yearsRole Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.</li><li>Develop and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Optimize landing pages and user funnels to drive conversions.</li></ul>Content &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Create engaging content strategies aligned with brand goals.</li><li>Manage and grow the company&rsquo;s presence across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).</li><li>Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality assets.</li></ul>SEO &amp; Website Management<ul><li>Perform ongoing keyword research and SEO performance analysis.</li><li>Optimize website and content to improve organic rankings.</li><li>Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on ROI, KPIs, click-through rates, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms.</li></ul>Email &amp; Automation<ul><li>Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.</li><li>Use marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive engagement.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Analytics.</li><li>Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).</li><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, creativity, and project management abilities.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Result-oriented mindset</li><li>Strong creativity and innovation</li><li>Ability to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends</li><li>Team collaboration and stakeholder management</li></ul>Preferred Certifications (optional):<ul><li>Google Ads Certification</li><li>Facebook Blueprint Certification</li><li>HubSpot Digital Marketing Certification</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
