Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Develop and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels to drive conversions.
Content & Social Media
- Create engaging content strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality assets.
SEO & Website Management
- Perform ongoing keyword research and SEO performance analysis.
- Optimize website and content to improve organic rankings.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels.
- Prepare detailed reports on ROI, KPIs, click-through rates, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms.
Email & Automation
- Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Use marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Analytics.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management abilities.
