Sales &amp; Social Media Assistant (Full-Time)We are seeking a Sales &amp; Social Media Assistant to support our commercial operations and digital presence. This role is ideal for a proactive, well-organized professional who is confident communicating with clients, committed to consistent follow-ups, and capable of supporting sales targets while maintaining a professional brand presence across social platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct daily follow-ups with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email</li><li>Support sales activities including inquiries handling, quotations, scheduling, and client coordination</li><li>Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (reels, stories, captions)</li><li>Respond to inbound messages and comments in a timely, professional manner</li><li>Assist with basic marketing support such as post boosting, lead organization, and simple campaign coordination</li><li>Attend client meetings when required and represent the company professionally</li><li>Maintain accurate reporting and updates for leads and client interactions (Excel/CRM)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong communication skills (English required)</li><li>Sales experience or a strong interest in sales (training provided)</li><li>Familiarity with social media content creation and audience engagement</li><li>Professional presentation and confident client-facing communication</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement</li><li>Collaborative team mindset</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Monthly commission (performance-based)</li><li>Return flight ticket to home country (company-provided, per policy)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Visa</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
