Sales Officer

Sales & Social Media Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Sales & Social Media Assistant to support our commercial operations and digital presence. This role is ideal for a proactive, well-organized professional who is confident communicating with clients, committed to consistent follow-ups, and capable of supporting sales targets while maintaining a professional brand presence across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily follow-ups with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Support sales activities including inquiries handling, quotations, scheduling, and client coordination
  • Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (reels, stories, captions)
  • Respond to inbound messages and comments in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist with basic marketing support such as post boosting, lead organization, and simple campaign coordination
  • Attend client meetings when required and represent the company professionally
  • Maintain accurate reporting and updates for leads and client interactions (Excel/CRM)

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (English required)
  • Sales experience or a strong interest in sales (training provided)
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and audience engagement
  • Professional presentation and confident client-facing communication
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Collaborative team mindset
