Job Title: Sales Executive Sales Executive (Mechanical – HVAC)
Experience Required: 5 to 7 Years
Reporting to: Head of HVAC / MD
Key Responsibilities for contractors and End user:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
- Provide technical sales support and HVAC solutions to customers, including system design recommendations and product selection.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of HVAC products, market trends, competitor offerings, and industry standards.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and sales plans using CRM & Salesforce tools.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to expand the company's presence and build relationships.
- Provide mentoring and technical support to junior sales engineers as needed. Key Responsibilities for consultants:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP consulting engineers, specifiers, and architects to ensure our products are specified on key projects.
- Conduct technical presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product demos for engineering and design firms.
- Provide design assistance and technical support during the planning and specification stages.
- Monitor project pipelines and track opportunities from early design through execution.
- Offer expert knowledge on applicable codes, standards (ASHRAE, LEED, etc.), and energy efficiency requirements to consultants.
- Coordinate with internal teams (application engineers, inside sales, project managers) to support project progression from spec to close.
- Gather market feedback and relay insights to product management and marketing teams to improve offerings and messaging.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of consultant accounts, meetings, and project status in CRM. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, specifically in the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of securing and managing client orders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
