Business Development Executive

Get Swipe Machine provides POS machines and merchant acquiring solutions to businesses across the UAE. We help companies accept card payments smoothly and efficiently by offering reliable POS terminals, competitive transaction rates, and strong support services. We work with businesses of all sizes including retail stores, restaurants, salons, supermarkets, and service providers.

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with merchants, and promoting our POS machine and payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants who require POS machines or payment solutions
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
• Present company products and explain the benefits of POS and merchant acquiring services
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants
• Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding and POS installation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep updated records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquiring
• Experience in POS machines, fintech, banking, or payment solutions will be an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Valid UAE driving license will be a plus
