Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the next phase of ZRC International’s growth.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, designed for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive on building relationships, opening strategic conversations and converting opportunities into long-term consulting engagements.

Rather than a traditional sales position, this role suits individuals with experience selling advisory or professional services who understand how to engage senior stakeholders and position high-value consulting solutions.

You will work closely with senior leadership to expand ZRC’s presence across key sectors in the UAE and GCC. Opportunities for working globally will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Business Development – Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities through industry networks, research and targeted outreach.

· Client Relationship Management – Build trusted relationships with CFOs, CROs, Internal Audit leaders and senior decision-makers.

· Consultative Selling – Position ZRC’s Governance, Risk, Compliance and Transformation services in alignment with client challenges.

· Opportunity Management – Lead conversations from initial engagement through proposal development and commercial discussions.

· Market Expansion – Support entry into new sectors, partnerships and strategic initiatives.

· Collaboration – Work alongside ZRC leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and commercial positioning.

· Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate opportunity tracking using CRM and sales tools.

Skills & Experience

· Proven track record in business development or consulting sales within professional services.

· Experience selling Governance, Risk, Compliance, Transformation, Technology or Advisory services preferred.

· Strong understanding of enterprise organisations and decision-making structures.

· Confident communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders.

· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and outcome-focused.

· Existing network within UAE/GCC markets is highly advantageous.

· Fluent English communication skills required.

Pay: AED300,000.00 - AED500,000.00 per year
