We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth, prospecting for new leads, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, mentoring junior sales staff, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company and most especially closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations on our products and services, tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, exceeding sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
- Prepare and track sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other sales events.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key accounts
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales processes
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or key account role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel if required
